Cutaneous AIDs
Dear friends,
Welcome to Cutaneous AIDs, the first international course ever dealing with the skin manifestations of autoinflammatory diseases (AIDs).
The skin is often the first or the most obvious manifestation of AIDs, but the skin manifestations of AIDs have been insufficiently addressed in textbooks or in related courses or congresses. The early recognition of skin signs is key for the correct diagnosis and management of patients with rare and not so rare diseases of the innate immune system. In addition, some AIDs have been first described on the basis of their unique or peculiar skin manifestations.
Cutaneous AIDs is an on-line only course where 23 invited international speakers will review in detail the cutaneous lesions in AIDs. This course is directed to dermatologists, pediatricians, rheumatologists, immunologists, and all other specialists involved in the diagnosis or management of AIDs.
We welcome you to Cutaneous AIDs and hope you enjoy the expert lectures and discussion that will be provided.
